EligibilityAll active, regular employees working at least 32 hours per week who have been employed at least 30 days are eligible for benefits. Eligible dependents include: spouse, same-sex domestic partner, children of you, your spouse or domestic partner. Children are covered up until their 19th birthday unless they are full-time students.
